Step2:
打开 “Network Connections—–>Mobile Broadband—–>Add”, 如果驱动成功挂载的话， 就能找到HUAWEI Mobile broadband device, 选完后“继续”
选国家信息（China）， 然后“继续”
选择SIM卡的运营商。 我没有WCDMA的卡，， 所以用的是移动的SIM. 虽然该3G dongle是WCDMA, 但是可以在2G下使用， 在此处我选的是CM, 如果是WCDMA的话， 选CU：
选择要使用internet(cmnet) 还是WAP(cmwap)：
最后确认modem的设置信息， 选择APPLY：
选择apply后有个对话框设置Modem的网络配置。 因为我是在WCDMA上面用移动的SIM卡， 所以， Network ID这边选择了2G(GPRS/EDGE)
移动网络图标出来了， 最后用"ping -c 4 " 来检查网络是否通了。 成功！
