症状：11gR2 在 执行 PREREQUISITE CHECKS时 hang住，此时，该linux server上的oracle 用户不能访问/etc/security目录
原因：OUI需要访问/etc/security目录.limited.conf文件被检查，，以确定os上定义的各种限制。这个检查是作为 pre-installation check之一的。安全加固系统（Security hardening the system ）会防止OUI访问需要的内容，并阻止OUI完成这个至关重要的检查。
解决方案：
Temporarily open READ access to /etc/security for the oracle OS user to complete the install.
