========================================================================如下来自实践中遇到的问题,并不是翻译的上面的mos文章。该问题在如下情况下肯定会遇到：从sap官方获取的Suse（SLES） 11的介质，然后用此介质安装好了Suse 11，该suse 11环境中，默认是有ORA_CRS_HOME环境变量的。因此要unset掉这个环境变量，否则安装11gR2 的GI肯定会报错。
