import xadmin时出了这个问题，很奇怪
先migrate后再runserver就没问题了
有新进展，，发现不是pip install django-xadmin而是直接下载了xadmin，然后python setup.py install后运行包里的demo_apps后，xadmin就正常使用了
目前，还是感叹自己水平不行！不能知道更深一层！
