严重: Error starting static Resourcesjava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base D:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\host-manager does not exist or is not a readable directory和严重: Error starting static Resourcesjava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base D:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\manager does not exist or is not a readable directory错误；这是因为在conf\Catalina\localhost里面有两个xml文件host-manager.xml、manager.xml，，删掉他们在启动Tomcat就没问题了。或Catalina里面其它的文件夹中也可能存在host-manager.xml,manager.xml这样的文件, 把它们都删除了就可以了.再就是我们自己建立的项目删掉以后也会出现这种问题我们就把conf\Catalina\localhost相应配置文件删掉、把conf下的server.xml及context.xml中的相关配置删掉。
