系统配置文件，和用户配文件差不多的吧。
不是被人登录过，xp、2k3、vista等等都有的
这个就是用户配置文件的模板的，除了C:WINDOWSsystem32configsystemprofile，还有C:Documents and SettingsDefault User是default用户的配置，C:Documents and SettingsAll Users是所有用户的配置
