最近创建了一个Maven 的web项目，，导入myeclipse中后，pom.xml文件一直报如下错误
Failure ://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.codehaus.plexus:plexus- archiver:pom:://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/codehaus/plexus/ plexus-archiver/1.0/plexus-archiver-1.0.pom
后来查看网上资料，好多都说用如下方法解决
先去掉Maven工程的maven特性，选中工程 鼠标右键–>Maven–>Disable Maven Nature为工程增加Maven特性,选中工程 鼠标右键–>Configure–>Convert to Maven Project
亲测没有解决问题，后来无奈就去maven仓库下载了plexus-archiver-1.0.jar放在本地maven仓库中，本想应该可以了结果又报

同样又把plexus-archiver-1.2.jar下载放在本地maven仓库中，结果又报

我也是醉了，然后又把plexus-io-1.0.1.jar下载了放在本地maven仓库中，然后alt+F5刷新项目终于好了。本问题中所用到的maven仓库地址为，三个jar包快捷下载地址为
